3. Yogabody Gravity Yoga Flexibility Training system
This is Rockwood's original systematic stretching method, and the broader system that the Science of Stretching program is built on. It runs on the same core principles — relaxed "wet noodle" passive holds, a 4:8 nose-to-mouth breathing ratio, and a "meet or beat your hold time" approach to gradually deepening each stretch over time. It's delivered as a video series targeting hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and back, and it's also the foundational method taught in YOGABODY's official teacher training programs.
Who it suits: anyone who wants the foundational flexibility method itself, including those interested in eventually training to teach it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be flexible already to start any of these?
No, every course is specifically designed for beginners, even if you call yourself "the stiffest person ever." Rockwood himself tells the story of how he couldn't touch his toes when he started.
What do I need equipment-wise?
The only thing you really need is a yoga mat. The rest is covered with a block, strap and a few household substitutes (a coffee table, a chair and a belt).
Are these live classes or pre-recorded ones?
Mostly pre-recorded, on-demand video with lifetime access, but a few of the challenges (like the Hip Opening Challenge and Science of Stretching) have scheduled live masterclasses and Q&A sessions as bonuses.
Will they help with sleep, stress, or just physical flexability?
Depends on the course. Both. The breathing program is specifically designed around nervous system regulation (sleep, stress, anxiety), and the stretching programs are primarily physical but always report sleep and stress benefits as side effects of releasing physical tension.

Final words
Whichever combination you choose, these programs all share the same backbone of short daily sessions, a method based on actual physiology not guesswork, and lifetime access so your progress isn't tied to a deadline. If you are new to all of this pick one big problem area that you have going on right now – back, hips, general stiffness, stress and breathing. And start there. When you’re ready to grow, the rest of the bundle will still be there.
